Thank you for choosing my services to capture the moments that matter most to you. My mission is to encapsulate love in every frame, acknowledging the blessings and beauty in every scene or occasion. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our agreement, ensuring a clear, respectful, and joyful experience for us both.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session or event with Brandon M Johnson Photography, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to reach out before proceeding with our engagement.

2. Booking and Payments

A $50 deposit is required to secure your date and is due at the time of booking. This deposit is a non-refundable commitment to our session/event. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event/session. To ensure a smooth process, payments can be made via cash, PayPal, and Venmo. Should there be any concerns about meeting this timeline, please reach out to discuss options in advance.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Life is unpredictable, and I understand that plans may need to change. If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 7 days in advance. This allows us to find the best possible solution and offers an opportunity to accommodate rescheduling based on current availability. While the deposit is non-refundable, it's important to me that we work together to address any unexpected changes.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights (Revised)

As the photographer, I retain copyright over all images produced. You will receive a specified number of high-resolution images for your personal use, including printing and sharing on social media. Please credit Brandon M Johnson Photography when posting online. It is important to note that altering the images in any form (including but not limited to editing, cropping, or applying filters) before posting them on social media or any website is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the artwork. However, you are permitted to alter the images for personal use not intended for public display. For any commercial use or publication, prior written consent from Brandon M Johnson Photography is required.

5. Delivery of Images

Your beautifully edited images will be delivered within 2 to 6 weeks after the session/event. They will be available through a secure online gallery, where you can download and share them with friends and family. It's important to note that raw, unedited photos are not included as part of the deliverables and will not be provided. This ensures that only the highest quality, fully finished representations of my work are delivered, reflecting the standards of Brandon M Johnson Photography and the care taken to present your memories at their best.

6. Model Release

By agreeing to these terms, you grant Brandon M Johnson Photography the right to use images from your session/event in my portfolio, on my website, and in marketing materials. This helps share the beauty of our collaboration with others and celebrate the love captured in every frame. If you have any concerns regarding this, please discuss them with me beforehand.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brandon M Johnson Photography takes all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and professional environment during all photo sessions and events. However, I am not liable for any unforeseen incidents that may occur during the photography sessions, including personal injury or damage to property. Clients agree to release Brandon M Johnson Photography from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may arise from any accidents or incidents during the session/event.

8. Client Satisfaction

Your happiness and satisfaction with the final photographs are of utmost importance. If you have concerns about any images, please let me know within 30 days of receiving your gallery. I am committed to working with you to ensure you cherish these memories and will discuss options for revisions or additional edits if needed.

9. Amendments

These terms and conditions may be updated or amended. The current version will always be available on my website. By continuing to use my services, you accept these changes.
