Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Life is unpredictable, and I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, please notify me at least 2 days in advance. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled session may incur a 25% cancellation fee. I'll work closely with you to find a new date that fits our schedules, honoring the love and effort you've put into planning your special moments.
Late or Non-Payment Policy
Smooth business operations allow me to serve you better. As outlined in our contract, payments are due on the agreed dates. The photographs taken will not be released until the amount is paid in full. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% of the outstanding amount per week overdue. Non-payment beyond 30 days may result in the cancellation of your order or legal action. I believe in fairness and open communication, so if any issues arise, please reach out to me directly.
Delivery Timeline
I am committed to delivering breathtaking images that capture your moments. You can expect digital delivery within 4-6 weeks after your session. I take great care in editing and preparing your photos to ensure each one perfectly reflects the beauty of your day. Should unexpected delays occur, I will communicate with you promptly.
Usage Rights and Copyright Policy
Upon delivery, you receive personal usage rights to your images, allowing you to print, share, and cherish them with loved ones. However, copyright remains with Brandon M Johnson Photography, allowing me to showcase my work that captures your special moments in my portfolio and marketing materials. For any commercial use, please contact me for licensing arrangements.
Model Release Form
Sharing the love and beauty captured in your photographs means a lot to me. I request a model release form to be signed, allowing me to feature your images in my portfolio, website, and marketing materials. If you prefer certain images remain private, please let me know, and I will respect your wishes.
Retouching, Editing, and Alterations Policy
My editing process is tailored to enhance your photographs while maintaining a natural and authentic appearance. If you have specific retouching requests, discuss them with me in advance. Additional editing beyond my normal process may incur extra charges, ensuring every frame captures our shared vision.
Damage or Loss Policy
On the rare occasion of equipment failure or data loss, I take full responsibility. I employ multiple backup strategies to protect your memories. However, should any images be lost, I offer a reshoot or a refund proportional to the affected portion of my services. Your trust and satisfaction are my top priorities.
